Graduate Electrical Engineer - UAE National

About the role

Egis is seeking a UAE National graduate to join its Dubai engineering team as an Electrical Engineer. The role offers the chance to work on diverse infrastructure projects, applying electrical design, testing and commissioning skills while developing technical expertise in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, analyse and optimise electrical systems and components using industry‑standard software.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting and commissioning of electrical equipment and systems.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, drawings and reports.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and cross‑functional teams to support project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations and company procedures.
• Maintain organised project records and technical files.
• Support implementation of electrical solutions from design through commissioning.
• Identify and resolve technical issues through systematic problem‑solving.

Required profile

• UAE National (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution and control systems.
• Practical engineering experience gained through internships or entry‑level positions.
• Ability to work effectively in team environments and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration or equivalent (preferred).
• Familiarity with industry standards and electrical safety protocols (preferred).
