Graduate Engineer – Stakeholder Management (UAE National)

About the role

We are seeking a talented Graduate Engineer – Stakeholder Management (Emirati) to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This is an excellent opportunity for a UAE National to launch their engineering career while developing expertise in stakeholder engagement and project coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
• Coordinate communication between engineering teams and non‑technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Prepare comprehensive project reports, documentation, and stakeholder updates using clear and professional communication.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to gather requirements and address stakeholder concerns.
• Support the identification, analysis, and resolution of stakeholder issues and conflicts.
• Assist in contract management, vendor coordination, and procurement activities.
• Monitor project progress and timelines, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of stakeholder interactions and project milestones.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Support the onboarding and integration of new team members and external partners.

Required profile

• UAE National with Family Book (mandatory requirement).
• Recent engineering graduate or equivalent professional experience in an engineering environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in team‑oriented environments.
