Graduate Engineer Trainee

About the role

The Graduate Engineer Trainee program offers a two‑year rotational experience in fleet technical management and base/line maintenance, preparing participants for an Engineer licence within Air Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Support engineering and CAMO staff with performance reviews, data analysis, and corrective actions for aircraft maintenance.
• Assist in scheduled aircraft maintenance, defect troubleshooting, and documentation under supervision.
• Conduct technical root‑cause analysis, identify trends, and propose modifications to improve aircraft efficiency.
• Participate in internal and external meetings, training sessions, and special projects across multiple engineering domains.

Required profile

• Degree in Aircraft Engineering, Electro‑Mechanical, Aeronautical or related field (or higher diploma with experience).
• 2‑5 years of university or aviation‑related experience with strong theoretical knowledge and practical exposure.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and a detail‑oriented, problem‑solving mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) systems.
• Ability to use web‑based research tools for technical information.
