About the role

AECOM is seeking a recent graduate to join its ADVANCE graduate program as an Environmental Engineer in Dubai. The 24‑month program provides a structured learning experience, exposing you to environmental and social impact assessment projects while developing professional and technical competencies.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and support Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESHIA) studies, including calculations, sketches, and project models.
• Assist senior engineers and scientists in drafting and finalising environmental reports.
• Apply design and technical knowledge to deliver high‑quality outputs within project timelines.
• Collect, analyse, and interpret data from multidisciplinary project datasets.
• Utilise computer software to solve engineering and environmental problems.
• Coordinate with engineers and scientists from other disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery.

Required profile

• UAE national holding a valid family book.
• Recent graduate in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Eligible for NAFIS and willing to register with GPSSA.
• Strong academic record and motivation to start a professional career.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) methodologies.
• Familiarity with Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESHIA) processes.
• Ability to use computer software for data analysis and modelling.
