Graduate Legal Trainee – UAE Nationals

About the role

This role provides valuable exposure to corporate legal practice within a major international construction group. By supporting work related to contracts, tenders, governance, and dispute management, you will help strengthen the legal function that supports business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support legal work related to contracts, tenders, governance, and dispute management.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects and collaborate with different departments.
• Assist with drafting, research, and legal analysis tasks.
• Contribute to the preparation and review of legal documents.
• Support initiatives that align legal strategy with business operations.
• Learn and apply corporate legal practices within the construction and infrastructure environment under senior counsel guidance.

Required profile

• Hold or pursue a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (recent graduate or final‑year student).
• Strong interest in corporate, construction, and infrastructure projects.
• Ability to understand and summarize legal documents clearly and accurately.
• High level of ethics, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
