About the role

This Graduate Officer programme is designed for Emirati nationals who wish to start a professional career in the insurance sector. Based in Dubai, the role offers hands‑on exposure to business operations, mentorship and continuous learning within a structured environment.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• Emirati national with a valid Family Book (mandatory for Emiratisation role).
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Fresh graduate or early‑career professional.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Eagerness to learn, positive attitude and willingness to take ownership.
• Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Dubai.
