Graduate - Proposal Management Specialist

About the role

This 24‑month graduate program at AECOM offers a fast‑track pathway into proposal management for UAE nationals. You will work alongside experienced capture teams, supporting the development of bids, letters of intent and statements of qualifications while gaining exposure to large‑scale infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of small to medium proposals, LOIs and SOQs.
• Support capture teams in pre‑RFP planning, helping to develop win strategies, themes and discriminators.
• Create proposal schedules, templates and production tasks while ensuring compliance with client requirements.
• Develop compliance matrices and coordinate content development, production and delivery timelines.
• Contribute to writing, editing and formatting of resumes and past‑performance sections.
• Participate in colour‑review sessions (Pink and Red team) and coordinate proposal review meetings.
• Implement revisions to proposals and presentations based on review feedback.
• Support Go/No‑Go and green‑light analysis and maintain CRM data as needed.
• Take part in internal debriefs and follow company quality, legal and contract approval procedures.
• Perform self‑checks before submitting work for review.

Required profile

• UAE national holding a Family Book (mandatory for Emiratisation compliance).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
