Graduate Risk Engineering Data Analyst – Energy & Power

About the role

Marsh is seeking a motivated recent graduate to join its MEA Risk Engineering – Technology & Innovation team as a Data Analyst supporting the Energy & Power practice. The role combines process analysis, digital tool development and hands‑on risk engineering support across Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse existing risk engineering workflows, identify inefficiencies and propose digital improvements.
• Design, build and maintain internal tools and applications that automate routine tasks for the Energy & Power teams.
• Collect, clean and validate data from surveys and internal databases, and generate actionable insights using Excel.
• Collaborate with risk engineers to support risk assessments, insurance submissions and client presentations.
• Prepare reports and presentation materials, and participate in internal and client meetings.
• Shadow senior engineers on field surveys to gain practical risk‑engineering experience.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a degree in Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
