About the role
Mastercard’s Global Markets Launch Graduate Rotational Program 2027 offers an 18‑month experience across two nine‑month rotations. Participants will work on strategic sales planning, consultative selling, product management and solution architecture while gaining exposure to multiple areas of Mastercard’s business and building a commercial mindset.
Key responsibilities
- Sales and Business Development track – focus on strategic sales planning, consultative and solution selling, product expertise, market intelligence and driving revenue goals.
- Product Management and Solutions track – focus on user experience, product performance, customer insights, project coordination, financial and schedule management.
Required profile
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with expected graduation between March 2026 and August 2027.
- Available to start on 1 March or 1 September 2027.
- Demonstrated leadership in work or extracurricular activities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Eagerness to learn quickly and take responsibility for high‑quality results.
