Graduate Trainee / Associate Analyst (Emirati Freshers)

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Learn and understand organizational processes, applications, and support procedures.
• Provide operational and application support to end users.
• Monitor and resolve assigned tickets within defined SLAs.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical and functional issues.
• Maintain process documentation and knowledge‑base articles.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Participate in training sessions and continuous learning programs.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharma, Dental, medical fields or related disciplines.
• Recent graduate (2025/2026 pass‑outs preferred) with consistent academic performance.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and business processes.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of computers, operating systems, and networking concepts.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of databases and SQL.
