About the role
We are seeking motivated Emirati graduates to join Otis in the UAE for an entry‑level, full‑time Graduate Trainee program. The role offers exposure to real work environments across various business areas, allowing you to develop both technical and soft skills while working alongside experienced mentors.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in hands‑on training and guided learning programmes.
- Gain experience across key business areas such as Sales, Administration, Customer Service, Logistics and Operations.
Required profile
- Graduate degree (Diploma or Bachelor’s).
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Eager to learn and commit to a full‑time role.
- Professional, proactive and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Open to exploring different departments and responsibilities.
