Graduate Trainee – Leasing (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Graduate Trainee to join our Leasing team in Dubai. The role offers exposure to a variety of projects across the leasing function, allowing you to develop leadership and analytical capabilities in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the implementation and execution of department directives, tasks, initiatives and programs such as team‑building activities, internal meetings and trainings.
• Suggest and recommend new ideas and actions to improve departmental efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop a deep understanding of Seddiqi Holding’s processes, services and products.
• Follow departmental policies, standard operating procedures and instructions to ensure consistent, accurate and timely work.
• Engage with other departments, take on new tasks and build a comprehensive view of the function.
• Enter and maintain data in databases, organise electronic folders and documents, and collaborate with all departments for timely communication.
• Collect, analyse and interpret data to support the creation of business reports and presentations.
