Graduate Trainee - Performance Management Analyst

About the role

Emirates NBD is seeking a Graduate Trainee to join its Performance Management team. This role supports the bank’s strategy of empowering UAE nationals by providing analytical insight into retail banking performance and incentive programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage performance reporting and incentive calculations for Retail Banking Sales, IIS and Call Center channels.
• Analyse large, multi‑dimensional data sets to identify actionable insights for strategic decisions.
• Develop daily, weekly and monthly reports, dashboards and performance packs for Sales, Business Planning and Product Management.
• Prepare, monitor and calibrate incentive budgets and plans in line with bank objectives.
• Implement and maintain robust controls and processes to meet audit requirements for incentive computation and reporting.
• Build strong relationships with Finance, HR, Audit, IT and business stakeholders to support governance.
• Support digitisation and automation of dashboards and incentive reporting using SAS and Power BI.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, accounting or economics.
• UAE national.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex business problems into practical solutions.
