About the role

The Voyage of Discovery graduate program is a structured pathway for ambitious Emirati graduates to gain deep exposure to the global maritime industry. Participants will rotate across business clusters, receive on‑the‑job training, and attend formal learning sessions to build a sustainable career within AD Ports Group.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of maritime operations, logistics networks, and sustainable practices.
• Participate in cross‑functional rotations to experience different business clusters.
• Engage in on‑the‑job training that accounts for 70% of the learning experience.
• Attend formal educational classes and workshops (10% of learning) to reinforce technical knowledge.
• Demonstrate core competencies, professional conduct, and teamwork in a business environment.

Required profile

• UAE national holding a family book.
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Maximum age of 26 years at the time of application.
• Completion of National Service for male candidates.
