Graduate Training Programme – Outstation Opportunities for Emiratis

About the role

The Emirates Group is launching an 18‑month Outstation Graduate Training Programme designed exclusively for Emirati graduates. Participants will rotate through multiple business units abroad, gaining hands‑on experience in commercial, cargo, airport operations and more while representing the Emirates brand worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Complete 3‑6 month assignments in outstation locations across various Emirates Group subsidiaries.
• Support daily operations in areas such as commercial sales, sky cargo, dnata services and airport management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver projects that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership on assignment outcomes.

Required profile

• Recent university graduate (UAE national) with a strong academic record.
• Willingness to relocate internationally and adapt to diverse cultures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset and problem‑solving ability.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic data analysis and reporting capabilities.
