Graduate – Work Winning (Bid Management)

About the role

As a Graduate – Work Winning you will help shape some of the Middle East’s most iconic infrastructure, property, transport, energy and environmental projects. Working closely with technical experts, project leaders and clients, you will gain insight into both the engineering and commercial sides of consulting while developing skills in bid management, proposal development and market intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate bids, proposals and pre‑qualification submissions.
• Manage proposal documentation to ensure compliance with client requirements.
• Gather technical information from project teams for client submissions.
• Maintain bid trackers, business development databases and market‑intelligence records.
• Support client engagement and marketing initiatives.
• Develop presentation materials, reports and business communications.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of work‑winning processes and systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business sectors and disciplines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience, including internships or graduate placements, within an engineering consultancy or professional services environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proactive attitude with commercial curiosity and willingness to learn.
