About the role

As a Graduate – Work Winning you will support the preparation and coordination of bids, proposals and pre‑qualification submissions for major infrastructure, property, transport, energy and environmental projects across the Middle East. Working closely with technical experts, project leaders and clients, you will gain insight into both the engineering and commercial sides of a global professional services consultancy.

Key responsibilities

• Support the preparation and coordination of bids, proposals and pre‑qualification submissions.
• Assist in managing proposal documentation and ensure compliance with client requirements.
• Coordinate with technical teams to gather information for client submissions.
• Maintain bid trackers, business development databases and market intelligence records.
• Support client engagement and marketing initiatives.
• Develop presentation materials, reports and business communications.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of work‑winning processes and systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business sectors and disciplines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience, including internships or graduate placements, within an engineering consultancy or professional services environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proactive attitude, commercial curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Genuine interest in the engineering consultancy sector and a career in work‑winning, business development and client engagement.
