Graphic Design Trainee – Emiratisation Program

About the role

As a Graphic Design Trainee you will join the E‑Commerce and Marketing Content team at Chalhoub Group, helping to bring product and campaign visuals to life across digital channels. This is a hands‑on opportunity for an emerging designer to move beyond the classroom and create customer‑focused, digital‑first content in a fast‑moving luxury e‑commerce environment. You will experiment with social trends, generative AI tools and develop your own creative style while supporting the business.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging digital and social media assets to support e‑commerce and marketing initiatives.
• Use Adobe Photoshop to develop, adapt and optimise visual content.
• Translate marketing briefs into clear, compelling visual communication.
• Research social media and design trends and propose fresh creative ideas.
• Support the development of shoot briefs, creative direction and product selection for visual assets.
• Collaborate with E‑Commerce, Marketing, Content and other teams to bring concepts to life.

Required profile

• UAE national with a family book.
• Background in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media or related field.
• Strong attention to detail in layout, messaging and visual execution.
• Creative mindset with ability to develop fresh concepts and experiment with new ideas.
• Awareness of current digital, graphic design and social media trends.
• Curiosity about Generative AI and AI‑assisted content creation.
• Openness to feedback and willingness to learn within a collaborative team.
