Graphic Designer / Bid Designer

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a mid‑weight Graphic Designer to lead and support cross‑discipline projects within a growing, highly talented team. You will bring a strong creative vision, communicate persuasively with clients, and ensure every project is driven by experience rather than technology.

Key responsibilities

• Support creative teams to produce high‑quality work across print, events, web, virtual reality and motion.
• Lead design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring technical and creative standards are met.
• Collaborate with digital teams to deliver integrated, cross‑discipline solutions.
• Engage with clients to understand their ideas and translate them into compelling visual outcomes.
• Help develop the future work pipeline by spotting opportunities during client interactions.
• Maintain a high level of detail orientation while working under pressure.

• Stand‑out portfolio showcasing strong conceptual work and a passion for design.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas to colleagues and clients.
• Experience working on medium‑large scale, mixed‑discipline projects.

• Commitment to delivering high‑quality, detail‑focused work.

Required skills

• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong typography skills.
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
