Graphic Designer – Brand & Campaigns

About the role

The Graphic Designer – Brand & Campaigns will create concept‑driven, on‑brand visual communications for the Shukran loyalty programme. Working within Landmark Group’s CSi unit, you will translate creative briefs, business objectives and customer insights into compelling key visuals and design systems that appear across CRM, mobile apps, social media, websites, in‑store displays, out‑of‑home media and partnership touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop initial creative concepts and master key visuals for Shukran campaigns.
• Execute design assets across multiple channels including digital (CRM, app, social, web) and physical (in‑store, OOH, partnership materials).
• Maintain and evolve the visual identity of Shukran to ensure consistency across all markets.
• Collaborate closely with the Content & Creative Manager and the wider creative team to align design output with strategic goals.
• Interpret customer insights and business requirements into scalable design systems.

Required profile

• Strong conceptual thinking combined with hands‑on design ability.
• Experience designing for brand and campaign initiatives in a fast‑paced, multi‑brand environment.
• Customer‑first mindset and ability to translate business objectives into visual solutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
