Graphic Designer – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join ESM’s Dubai office. The role supports all departments by translating brand ideas into compelling visual assets for both digital and print channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design flyers, posters, brochures, banners, presentations, newsletters, emailers, social media graphics and website visuals.
• Develop concepts from brief to final artwork while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Prepare files for print production and digital publishing, ensuring quality and deadline compliance.
• Coordinate with print vendors for costing, production schedules and quality checks when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field.
• 2‑5 years of professional design experience in an agency or in‑house environment.
• Strong visual, layout and typography sense with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent time‑management and communication skills, able to juggle multiple projects.
