Graphic Designer – External Communications

About the role

The External Communications Department is seeking a Graphic Designer to create visual designs for reports, presentations and other corporate documents. The role involves delivering high‑quality graphics, advising on design standards and supporting staff across the directorate.

Key responsibilities

• Produce creative visual designs for reports, presentations and documents using a wide range of media.
• Provide expert advice on design layouts and visual execution.
• Assess design requests, set priorities and coordinate delivery timelines with end‑users.
• Maintain and organise a media library of images, stock photography and previous projects.
• Support quality control for digital print equipment, prepare proofs and oversee pre‑press processes.
• Stay updated on graphic design and printing technologies, attending seminars and exhibitions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 4 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
• Strong knowledge of visual execution for PowerPoint presentations.
