Graphic Designer – Hotel Marketing & Communications

About the role

Rixos, a luxury hotel brand, is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to support its marketing communications across the Middle East, Asia and Europe. You will work closely with the PR Manager and Director of Marketing to develop visual concepts that enhance the brand’s presence in local, national and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce print and digital collateral, including brochures, packaging, signage and promotional materials.
• Collaborate on advertising campaigns, public‑relations assets and social‑media visuals.
• Art‑direct photo shoots, both in‑studio and on location, to create high‑quality imagery.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs and ensure compliance with Rixos brand standards.
• Support departmental meetings, events and major hotel functions with timely design deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or a related field.
• Strong conceptual thinking with a solid background in print, packaging, branding and typography.
• Excellent attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to fluctuating workloads.
• Professional demeanor and ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook for documentation and communication.
• Knowledge of both studio and location photography techniques.
