Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join the Marketing & Communications team at Fairmont Bab Al Bahr. The role will produce high‑quality visual assets that support the hotel’s marketing, communications and revenue goals while reflecting the luxury brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, posters, in‑room directories, menus, wine lists, invitations and signage for all hotel outlets.
• Create digital assets for social media, website, e‑newsletters, OTA listings and digital signage, optimizing each for its platform.
• Develop artwork for seasonal promotions and festive campaigns (Ramadan, National Day, New Year, summer) in collaboration with F&B, Spa and Rooms teams.
• Ensure all designs comply with Fairmont brand guidelines, corporate identity standards and local cultural requirements.
• Liaise with external printers, signage vendors and production houses to manage specifications, proofing, quality control and timely delivery within budget.
• Support basic photo and video shoots for social content, including editing/retouching and light video editing.
• Maintain and organise the hotel’s digital asset library, templates and brand toolkit for internal use.
• Assist in designing internal communications, colleague engagement materials and back‑of‑house signage.

Required profile

• Ability to translate campaign briefs and promotional calendars into compelling design assets.
• Strong attention to brand guidelines and visual consistency.
• Basic photography and video editing skills are preferred.
• Good organisational skills to manage digital assets and multiple design requests.
