Graphic Designer

About the role

The Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi Foundation for Policy Research is seeking a Graphic Designer to create high‑quality visual assets that support its programmes, events and communications. The role involves translating briefs into clear, professional designs for both digital and print channels, in Arabic and English.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce visual materials such as publications, reports, promotional assets and event branding for Foundation initiatives and the RAK Art Festival.
• Apply and uphold the Foundation’s visual identity and brand guidelines across all outputs.
• Review and quality‑check materials to ensure consistency, accuracy and brand compliance before release.
• Advise internal teams on appropriate visual formats and presentation.
• Deliver graphic design outputs for exhibitions, workshops and community programmes.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months (3 years) of graphic design experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage design workflows.
• Strong professional judgment in coordinating deliverables and advising colleagues.
• Fluency in Arabic and English for translating briefs into design concepts.
