Graphic Designer

About the role

Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North, a luxury resort on an island with a waterpark, private beach, beach club and restaurants, is looking for a Graphic Designer. The role creates visually appealing content that strengthens the property's brand image and promotes its services through marketing materials, digital content and other visual assets.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging designs for brochures, flyers, posters, banners, social media graphics and other marketing materials aligned with the property's branding.
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience and objectives.
• Produce content for the property's website, email campaigns and social media platforms.
• Capture high-quality images of facilities, events and amenities, and edit and retouch photos to meet quality standards.
• Ensure all design work follows brand guidelines and keeps a consistent look across platforms.
• Prepare design files for print production and liaise with print vendors as needed.
• Maintain a library of visual assets such as photos, icons and templates.
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools and technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in hospitality or tourism.
• Strong creative skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects.
• Understanding of hospitality industry strategies is preferred.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Knowledge of other tools such as Sketch or Figma
• Photography and photo editing is a plus
