Graphic Designer - Printing & Packaging

About the role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with UAE experience to join our Marketing Department in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on creating high‑quality visual assets for retail brands, especially packaging, branding, and print‑ready artwork.

Key responsibilities

• Design packaging and labels for retail products, including boxes, bags, stickers, and promotional packaging.
• Prepare final artwork files for printing, ensuring correct dielines, bleed, margins, CMYK setup and supplier‑ready formats.
• Create brand identity materials such as logos, brand guidelines, typography systems, colour palettes and business cards.
• Produce social‑media visuals, product mock‑ups, campaign assets, advertisements, brochures, web visuals and other digital or print collateral.
• Support product launches, promotions and brand campaigns with creative visual concepts.
• Utilise AI‑assisted design tools for concept creation, image generation and visual editing.
• Coordinate with suppliers, printing companies, external agencies and internal teams to finalise artwork accurately and on time.
• Submit design concepts for approval, incorporate feedback and review final artwork before production.

Required profile

• Portfolio of previous design work.
• High Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 2–3 years of professional graphic design experience, with strong focus on retail packaging.
• Deep knowledge of print‑ready artwork preparation (bleed, margins, dielines, CMYK, colour profiles).
• Excellent command of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Experience in branding and visual identity design (logos, typography, colour systems, guidelines).
• Proficiency with AI tools for image generation, editing or concept development.
• Ability to create realistic product mock‑ups and professional packaging presentations.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of retail branding and product presentation.
