Graphic Designer (UAE Nationals)

About the role

The Graphic Designer will create visually compelling, on‑brand marketing materials that support DHL Express UAE’s communications, employee engagement and commercial initiatives. Working closely with the Marketing team and internal stakeholders, you will translate business requirements into effective creative concepts for both digital and print channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce assets such as social media graphics, email banners, brochures, flyers, posters, roll‑up banners, event collateral, presentations and infographics.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to conceptualise and execute visuals for campaigns, product launches, corporate events and sponsorships.
• Adapt master creative assets for local market needs while maintaining global brand consistency.
• Prepare print‑ready and digital‑ready files, optimise assets for various devices and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple design requests, prioritise work, and liaise with external agencies, printers and vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Marketing or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of graphic design experience in a corporate, agency, logistics or B2B environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print work.
• Excellent attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, customer‑focused approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Working knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects (preferred).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and presentation design.
• Basic photography, photo retouching and video editing skills.
