Graphic & Packaging Designer – Luxury Fragrance

About the role

We are looking for a senior Graphic & Packaging Designer to create visual identities and packaging for a new luxury fragrance brand in Ajman, UAE. The role works closely with the Project Lead and will handle everything from concept to production‑ready artwork.

Key responsibilities

• Create original visual identities, logos, monograms, typography systems and design languages for perfume collections.
• Design perfume boxes, bottle labels, stickers, sleeves, inserts, tester packaging, gift sets and retail displays.
• Prepare supplier‑ready artwork using dielines, correct dimensions, bleeds, colour profiles and production specifications.
• Produce mock‑ups for presentations, supplier communication, catalogues and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with packaging suppliers, printers and manufacturers to ensure designs are accurate and cost‑effective.
• Review proofs, physical samples and final production results before approval.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional graphic and packaging design experience, preferably in luxury or beauty sectors.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating premium branding, packaging and product artwork.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and maintain high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and strong working knowledge of InDesign.
• Expertise in typography, composition, colour theory and visual hierarchy.
• In‑depth knowledge of CMYK, Pantone, colour separation, bleeds, trim and safe areas, and print‑ready file preparation.
• Practical experience with foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot UV, screen printing, varnishes and label production.
• Familiarity with 3D visualisation tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D or KeyShot.
• Knowledge of Arabic and English typography.
