Greater Gulf MCO GTMC Head

About the role

Sanofi is hiring a GTMC Head for the Greater Gulf MCO, reporting to a Key Markets GTMC Head (to be announced soon). The role leads the GTMC Chapter 2 transformation in the region, combining operational excellence with transformation, and covers the pillars of Insights & Analytics, Customer-Facing Capabilities and Omnichannel. It manages a team of 17 headcounts, with about 10 to 20% of travel expected.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the GTMC Chapter 2 dual mandate of operational excellence and transformation in the MCO
• Lead, inspire and develop the local GTMC team, building capabilities aligned with Chapter 2 priorities
• Orchestrate GTMC operations across Insights & Analytics, Customer-Facing Capabilities and Omnichannel, aligned with global and regional strategy
• Prioritize the portfolio and allocate resources to maximize business impact while keeping operations running
• Manage the GTMC budget and resources in line with MCO priorities and Chapter 2 investments
• Align with BUs, Digital and hub teams through clear governance, ways of working and communication
• Manage the transition of local activities to hubs and represent GTMC in MCO forums such as BU Leadership Team and Country Council meetings

Required profile

• More than 10 years in a commercial operations environment
• Experience partnering with the business and building trust
• Experience leading a large direct team, developing people, coaching and giving feedback
• Experience in at least one GTMC pillar (Insights & Analytics, Customer-Facing Capabilities or Omnichannel)
• Strong execution skills, financial skills to lead the responsibility perimeter, and experience leading projects in multicultural, matrix organizations
• Excellent written and spoken English
