Group Business Operations Manager

About the role

MMC Group is seeking a Group Business Operations Manager to work directly with the CEO in translating strategy into execution across its diversified businesses in automotive assistance, mobility, technology and media. The role will drive organisational development, launch new ventures and ensure operational excellence across the Group’s companies.

Key responsibilities

• Support the CEO in implementing the Group’s strategic priorities and monitoring business performance.
• Drive operational excellence and governance across all business units.
• Design and optimise organisational structures, processes and leadership capabilities.
• Lead the evaluation, planning and scaling of new ventures, ensuring appropriate resourcing and alignment with strategic goals.
• Oversee cross‑functional initiatives, business transformation projects and the development of business cases.
• Champion the adoption of AI solutions, automation and digital‑transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in business operations, organisational development or related fields.
• Proven ability to turn strategic plans into measurable results.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable working directly with senior leadership.
• Experience in building high‑performing teams and launching new business units.
