Group Chief Financial Officer

About the role

We are seeking a commercially driven, strategically minded Group CFO with deep telecom experience and a proven IPO track record. The role will lead the Group’s financial strategy, capital markets activities and operational finance functions, supporting growth and shareholder value.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and Board to define and execute long‑term financial strategy, including growth, M&A and capital structure.
• Lead end‑to‑end IPO readiness and execution, managing advisors, roadshow and post‑listing compliance.
• Own group financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting while ensuring robust controls and risk management.
• Provide financial oversight of telecom operations, CAPEX planning, spectrum investments and monitor key KPIs such as ARPU, churn and EBITDA margins.
• Drive cost optimisation, digital transformation of finance systems and build a high‑performing, internationally diverse finance team.

Required profile

• Proven experience as CFO or senior finance leader in telecommunications or related infrastructure business.
• Successful track record of leading an IPO (essential) and strong knowledge of global capital markets.
• Deep expertise in IFRS, financial modelling, valuation and large‑scale CAPEX planning.
• Fluency in Tamil and English (spoken and written).
• Strategic thinker with high integrity, board‑level influence and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
