About the role
Lead and manage the Group’s overall commercial and procurement functions, ensuring profitability, cost efficiency, contractual compliance, and effective supply chain management across all subsidiaries and projects.
Key responsibilities
- Define commercial and procurement strategy aligned with the Group’s business objectives and growth plans.
- Oversee profitability, cost control, contractual compliance and supply chain performance for all subsidiaries and projects.
Required profile
- Minimum 15–20 years of commercial management experience in the construction industry.
- Proven group‑level leadership managing multiple projects and subsidiaries, with strong exposure to procurement and supply chain management.
- Extensive experience in the GCC construction market, preferably with a general contractor or real‑estate developer.
