Group Conference and Events Sales Manager

About the role

As the Group Conference and Events (GCE) Sales Manager for Hilton Dubai, you will lead the hotel’s group, conference and event sales strategy. You will be responsible for driving revenue, building relationships with corporate clients and ensuring memorable experiences for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure group, conference and event business through proactive selling and effective conversion of inquiries.
• Analyse business plans, spot revenue gaps and implement initiatives to maximise occupancy and meet commercial targets.
• Align departmental activities with the hotel’s overall selling strategy and adapt tactics to market conditions.
• Monitor local market trends and competitor activity to refine sales approaches and strengthen positioning.
• Conduct regular spot‑checks on bookings to ensure audit readiness and high‑quality execution.
• Promote the hotel through participation in promotional events and networking activities.
• Lead, coach and develop the sales team, conduct performance reviews and foster a high‑performing culture.
