About the role

The role focuses on converting leads into bookings, managing event schedules, and building client relationships to drive revenue for the hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Convert leads into bookings by responding to and converting incoming group and event enquiries to meet sales targets and maximize revenue.
• Drive upselling and conversion by identifying opportunities to upsell services and increase conversion rates through high‑quality sales tactics.
• Optimize event scheduling by managing the events calendar to support optimal yield and space utilization.
• Build strong client relationships by engaging with customers to understand their needs, foster loyalty, and generate repeat and expanded business.
• Lead impactful site visits by arranging and conducting hotel show rounds to showcase spaces and services.
• Support seamless event execution by ensuring accurate administration and smooth handover of booked events for successful on‑property delivery.
• Support hotel promotions by participating in promotional activities to increase visibility and drive GCE business.
