Group Financial Specialist – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a Group Financial Specialist to lead consolidation and financial reporting for our multinational group across America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. The role is based in Dubai and works closely with the Group Financial Controller.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation and reporting for all Group entities.
• Prepare shareholder, Board and management reports with performance analysis and commentary.
• Coordinate the external audit process and act as the primary finance contact for auditors.
• Provide IFRS guidance on complex transactions and maintain Group accounting policies.
• Oversee statutory reporting for the holding company and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support tax accounting, transfer pricing, corporate tax, VAT, deferred tax and related disclosures.
• Drive process improvements, automation and standardisation of reporting.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent) with at least 3 years of group consolidation experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and experience applying accounting standards to complex transactions.
• Solid understanding of tax accounting, corporate income tax, VAT, transfer pricing and IAS 12.
• Familiarity with international tax frameworks such as OECD BEPS, Pillar Two and Country‑by‑Country Reporting.
