Group Head of Talent

About the role

The Group Head of Talent will define and execute Unifrutti’s global talent strategy, overseeing the full talent lifecycle—from attraction and acquisition to development and succession planning. Reporting to the CHRO, this hands‑on leader will work across multiple continents and engage regularly with senior executives and the Board.

Key responsibilities

• Design and lead a group‑wide talent acquisition strategy, including employer branding, scalable hiring processes, and partnership with external search firms.
• Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring needs, build proactive talent pipelines, and oversee recruitment for senior and critical roles.
• Own the talent management framework, including performance calibration, talent reviews, high‑potential identification, and development planning.
• Create and deliver learning and development programs for all levels, from frontline staff to executives.
• Develop and maintain succession plans for critical and leadership positions, running regular talent reviews with senior leadership.
• Act as strategic advisor to the CHRO and executive team, bringing external best practices and data‑driven insights to shape talent decisions.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high‑performing talent team, ensuring metrics such as time‑to‑fill, quality of hire and cost‑per‑hire are tracked and improved.

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior‑level responsibility for global talent acquisition, management and succession.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing end‑to‑end talent strategies across diverse markets.
• Experience working with senior executives, Board members and cross‑functional global teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to use talent metrics to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a collaborative leadership style.
