Group Level Financial Specialist – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a Group Level Financial Specialist to lead consolidation and financial reporting across our multinational entities in America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. The role works closely with the Group Financial Controller to ensure accurate, compliant reporting in line with IFRS and Group policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual Group consolidation and financial reporting for all entities.
• Prepare shareholder, Board and management reports with performance analysis and commentary.
• Coordinate the Group external audit process and serve as primary finance contact for auditors.
• Provide technical accounting guidance on complex transactions and maintain Group accounting policies.
• Oversee statutory reporting for the holding company and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support tax accounting, transfer pricing, corporate tax, VAT, deferred tax and related disclosures.
• Monitor tax legislation changes and implement required updates across jurisdictions.
• Drive process improvement, automation and standardisation initiatives.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent) – mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Group consolidation and financial reporting within a multinational or complex group structure.
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and ability to apply standards to complex transactions.
• Proven experience managing monthly, quarterly and annual reporting cycles.
• Solid understanding of tax accounting, corporate income tax, VAT, transfer pricing and IAS 12.
