Group Marketing Manager

About the role

The Saeed Lootah Foundation is looking for an experienced Group Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing, branding and corporate communications across its diverse portfolio of education, healthcare, vocational training and charitable institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated marketing and communications strategy for multiple entities.
• Lead brand management, corporate communications, media and public relations initiatives.
• Oversee digital marketing activities, including social media, SEO, paid advertising, analytics and lead generation.
• Support student recruitment, university enrollment, healthcare service awareness and vocational training promotions.
• Manage marketing budgets, external agencies, partnerships and performance KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations or related field.
• 10‑15 years of marketing experience with at least 10 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven success leading integrated marketing strategies across multiple brands or business units.
• Experience in at least two sectors such as healthcare, higher education, vocational training or non‑profit.
• Fluency in Arabic and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
