Group Supply Chain Director

About the role

The Group Supply Chain Director will lead the development and execution of the company’s global supply chain strategy across the United Arab Emirates and other regions. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for unifying supply chain processes, driving efficiency, and ensuring risk‑aware operations that support key projects.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and implement the group’s overall supply chain strategy and annual plan, establishing a unified management system.
• Coordinate global procurement and supplier management, optimise supplier structure, and enhance bargaining power.
• Plan and optimise logistics, warehousing, inventory and demand planning to secure supply and control costs.
• Drive process optimisation and standardisation to improve response speed and internal customer satisfaction.
• Lead digitalisation initiatives, building data‑analysis and decision‑support mechanisms.
• Manage supply chain risk and compliance, with focus on high‑risk regions such as the Middle East.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, project, sales and finance teams to deliver integrated supply chain solutions for key projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in supply chain, logistics, management or related field; overseas degree or professional certifications preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of supply chain experience, including at least 3 years in senior management.
• Proven overseas experience, especially in the Middle East.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain information systems, data analysis and cost‑control capabilities.
• Excellent leadership, team‑management and results‑orientation with high stress resilience.
