Growth Marketing Lead - UAE & International

About the role

The Growth Marketing Lead will drive customer acquisition, engagement and revenue growth across the UAE and international markets. Using data‑driven strategies, you will scale digital channels, optimise performance and uncover new growth opportunities throughout the customer lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth marketing strategies aligned with business expansion goals in UAE and global markets.
• Lead paid media campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic platforms and affiliate networks, optimising for ROI and CAC.
• Analyse marketing data, conduct A/B testing and conversion‑rate optimisation to inform decisions.
• Oversee execution of SEO, SEM, social, email and web campaigns, ensuring localisation for target audiences.
• Collaborate with product, UX and sales teams to improve onboarding, engagement and retention.
• Mentor the growth marketing team and manage external agencies and partners.
• Adapt strategies for different international markets, conduct competitor analysis and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media or a related field.
• 6–10+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing with international exposure.
• Proven track record of scaling digital acquisition channels and delivering measurable results.
