Growth Operations Lead, Earn & Wealth

About the role

Bybit is seeking a data‑driven Growth Operations Lead to own the end‑to‑end growth engine for its Earn & Wealth suite, including Savings, Staking, Dual Investment and Launchpool. You will combine market insights, user behavior analysis and rigorous experimentation to scale user acquisition, engagement and assets under management.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute growth, conversion and retention strategies across the Earn & Wealth product portfolio.
• Build and optimise the full user lifecycle framework from onboarding to high‑value user upgrade.
• Develop segmentation models based on AUM, risk appetite and engagement patterns, and drive precision marketing via CRM, push, email and other channels.
• Design, launch and evaluate growth campaigns, using A/B testing and data dashboards to continuously improve key metrics such as AUM, ARPU and retention.

Required profile

• 3+ years of operations experience in internet, fintech or crypto, preferably with wealth or investment products.
• Strong analytical mindset with hands‑on experience in SQL, Excel and BI tools.
• Proven ability to design user segmentation and lifecycle management frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Chinese.
