About the role
First impressions are everything at The Ritz‑Carlton Al Wadi. The Guest Arrival Expert welcomes guests on arrival, assists them throughout their stay and ensures a memorable departure, creating a seamless and personalized experience from start to finish.
Key responsibilities
- Guide guests through arrival and departure processes, providing information and assistance.
- Process operational requests, address guest inquiries, and complete daily reports.
- Share local area highlights and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain a safe, professional appearance and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- No prior work or supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lb unassisted and up to 75 lb with assistance.
- Commitment to confidentiality, quality standards and a guest‑focused mindset.
