Guest Arrival Expert - Arabic Speaker

Four Points by Sheraton is hiring a Guest Arrival Expert (CID agent who speaks Arabic) for its hotel in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. The role sits within Rooms & Guest Services Operations and is a full-time, non-management position. Guest Arrival Experts take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their arrival and departure experiences, making transactions feel like part of the stay.

Key responsibilities

• Process operational needs and handle guest requests
• Complete reports and share the highlights of the local area
• Work on their feet and move around, standing, sitting or walking for an extended time
• Take a hands-on approach, moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and heavier ones with assistance

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• No related work experience required
• No supervisory experience required
• No license or certification required
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
• Professional uniform, personal appearance and communications
