About the role
As a Guest Arrival Expert you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving and departing at our hotel in Sharjah. You will create memorable first and last impressions, ensuring each guest feels welcomed, supported, and valued throughout their stay.
Key responsibilities
- Guide guests through arrival and departure processes, handling check‑in/check‑out and related operational tasks.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, providing information about the hotel and local attractions.
- Complete daily reports, incident logs, and other documentation as required.
- Move throughout the property, lifting and transporting items up to 50 lb unaided and heavier items with assistance.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment in line with company policies.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
