About the role
The Guest Arrival Expert – Bellman is the first point of contact for guests arriving and departing at Le Meridien Dubai. You will create memorable first and last impressions by guiding guests through check‑in, luggage handling, local information and departure procedures, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests on arrival, assist with luggage and escort them to the lobby or rooms.
- Provide local area highlights, transportation options and answer guest inquiries.
- Process operational tasks such as completing reports, handling guest requests and coordinating with other hotel departments.
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow all company policies, confidentiality and asset protection guidelines.
- Perform physical duties including standing, walking for extended periods and lifting items up to 50 lb unassisted.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience or specific licenses required.
