About the role

First impressions are everything at Four Points by Sheraton on Sheikh Zayed Road. As a Guest Arrival Expert you will guide guests through their arrival and departure, ensuring each interaction feels memorable and seamless.

Key responsibilities

Deliver a wide range of services that assist guests during check‑in, check‑out and throughout their stay, including handling requests and providing local area highlights.
Process operational needs, complete reports, and maintain safety, confidentiality and quality standards while moving throughout the property.
Uphold company policies, protect assets, and ensure personal uniform and appearance meet professional standards.

Required profile

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent; no prior experience required.
Ability to stand, walk and lift objects up to 50 lb unaided (over 75 lb with assistance) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
Commitment to a safe workplace, confidentiality, and delivering high‑quality guest service with professional communication.
