The Guest Arrival Expert creates memorable first and last impressions for guests at The Ritz‑Carlton Ras Al Khaimah. You will guide visitors through arrival and departure, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s Gold Standards.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of services that assist guests during check‑in, luggage handling, and departure.
- Process operational needs, respond to guest requests, and complete daily reports.
- Share local area highlights and provide personalized recommendations.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
