Guest Engagement Team Lead (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Guest Engagement Team Lead who is fluent in Arabic to oversee the front‑of‑house team at Hoppi, a new family‑focused play destination opening soon in Abu Dhabi. The role combines hands‑on facilitation, guest interaction and leadership to ensure a safe, fun and memorable experience for children and their families while embodying Hoppi’s core values of creativity, playfulness and guest‑centricity.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver impeccable service to guests, modelling appropriate adult‑child interactions and Hoppi’s core values.
• Supervise, coach and conduct 1‑on‑1 check‑ins with front‑of‑house staff working at reception and within galleries.
• Lead daily briefings, team‑building activities and training sessions to keep the team informed and motivated.
• Oversee floor and program facilitation, including activations, events, birthdays, field trips and camps.
• Collaborate with the Venue Manager to set objectives, gather guest feedback and propose improvements.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns regarding offerings, events and overall experience.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic speaker with excellent communication skills in English.
• Proactive leader who leads by example and can motivate a diverse team.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to manage guest expectations.
• Experience supervising front‑line staff in a hospitality or entertainment environment.
