About the role
The Guest Experience Expert creates memorable, personalized stays for hotel guests. This role is focused on delivering a seamless experience from check‑in to check‑out, especially for Arabic‑speaking visitors. You will be the friendly face that guides guests through every aspect of their visit.
Key responsibilities
- Process operational needs, handle guest requests, and complete daily reports.
- Provide local area highlights and assist with loading/unloading vehicles and luggage transport.
- Move throughout the property, including stairs and service ramps, to support guest services.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lb unaided and up to 100 lb with assistance.
- Maintain safety, confidentiality, and professional appearance at all times.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
